Meet Our Team

Greg Wilken - President & CEO

I began my career in Washington, DC developing workforce and education policy at the U.S. Departments of Labor and Education. I went to law school and practiced law for several years advising and representing companies on employment and labor matters. Even though I loved working with my clients, I realized that I could have more of an impact from inside organizations rather than as outside counsel. For the next 15 years I held several senior corporate HR leadership roles across a wide variety of industries, including travel, retail, insurance and hospitality. During this time I established a track record of identifying problems, proposing solutions
and getting results.

I started Endunamo Consulting's so that I could help nonprofit organizations and for profit businesses be successful by harnessing the great potential of their people. My goal is to empower the people and teams I work with and to help their organizations succeed and grow. I am passionate about building relationships with my clients, helping to identify their problems and devising effective and long-lasting solutions. I would love the opportunity to work with you to develop your most valuable resource - your Human Resources.

On a personal level, I grew up in South Bend, Indiana, lived for many years in the Twin Cities of Minnesota and currently reside in Las Vegas. My wife, Jennifer, and I just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and have raised two amazing daughters together. I love running, cycling, traveling and cooking - especially when I can do them all together.

Brenda Ford - Senior Consultant

I joined Endunamo as an Independent Human Resources Consultant in September 2018, bringing more than ten years of experience in engineering HR processes to increase employee engagement, productivity, and alignment with each entities’ goals.

I graduated from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. I then turned to human resources and obtained certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as a means of connecting with a wide range of people and cultures where I could encourage learning and promoting of inspiring work cultures.

I reside in Henderson, Nevada with my husband, Michael. I am a fat-tire bicycling enthusiast and ice skater who hopes to start a women’s recreational hockey team. My husband and I are big fans of the Vegas Golden Knights and the Henderson Silver Knights.

Aly Losk - Senior Consultant

I am excited to join the Endunamo Consulting team and bring my 13 years of HR, Recruitment, and Operations experience. I am passionate about fostering inclusive cultures, enhancing employee engagement, and serving as a liaison between staff and leadership.

I started my career with a RPO company where I worked with many clients and focused on both high volume, frontline recruitment and later hard to fill exempt roles - bringing new tools and technology to the process. I also served as an HR Manager for a mid size company executing all levels of HR including recruitment, onboarding/new hire orientation, payroll, performance management, investigations, and more.

Outside of work, I live in Las Vegas with my husband and son. We are big Las Vegas sports fans, but my favorite team is my son’s little league team.

Olivia Stanley - Consultant

Shortly after graduating from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, I started my human resources career in a casino. I quickly became interested in the importance of HR branding, recruitment, employee engagement, and employee relations. I love serving in a role that works to create and maintain a space where team members feel valued at work. I also have experience in marketing and communications, having worked in a digital marketing role and a public relations role with the NHL before starting my human resources career. I’m eager to contribute to the growth and success of nonprofit organizations.

In my free time, you will find me in the middle of the desert enjoying the sun or stargazing, trying a new restaurant in Chinatown, watching Bob’s Burgers, or off to see family and friends out of town.

Eric Rust - Consultant

I moved to the vibrant Las Vegas area in 1989, originally from Arizona, and embarked on my professional journey at Fremont Medical Center. Starting in the business office, I steadily progressed to the role of Practice Manager. Over the course of 12 years, I had the privilege of contributing to the growth and success of Fremont. One particularly exciting chapter involved establishing clinics in two local casinos, an experience that added a dynamic dimension to my career.

The next significant chapter of my career unfolded when I was approached by one of the physicians to assist in managing an Anesthesia Practice in Henderson. For over 16 years, I played a pivotal role in the operations until the group transitioned to a nationwide entity in 2017.

In 2017, I took on a new challenge by joining a prominent local nonprofit dedicated to serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Joining the organization at a time when it lacked an HR department, I collaborated closely with Greg Wilken, Endunamo Consulting, to establish a robust and effective HR department, contributing to the organization's overall success over my six-year tenure.

Beyond the professional realm, my off-time is devoted to family. I have two daughters here in Las Vegas, a son residing in North Carolina, and the joy of nine grandchildren collectively among them.

Randy Marsh - Consultant

Prior to joining Endunamo as a consultant, I held leadership roles with nonprofits such as the Children’s Defense Fund, Melanoma Research Alliance, and Horton’s Kids where I oversaw all human resources, finance & accounting, grants, IT, procurement, and event logistics. I’ve spent over 9 years on nonprofit boards, including, at various times, leading the Finance & Audit, Governance & Nomination, and DEI Committees.

I was named the DC Nonprofit CFO of the Year Rising Star in 2019 and am a SHRM certified Senior HR Professional. Prior to moving into the nonprofit world in 2012, I managed operations for companies in the political, telecommunications, and transportation sectors.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and my graduate studies at the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at The American University in Cairo. In addition, I completed programs in Risk Management and Communication at Kings College in London and Global Human Resource Management at George Mason University. Recently, I finished the Executive MBA program at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

In my free time I love to travel, play board games, spend time with friends, and volunteer.

I joined Endunamo as the Team Manager in April 2022.
